Large carnivore indigenous to the tall grass of Kansas but captured and transplanted to Central Texas in 1999.
Toby enjoys long moonlight walks, Douglas Sirk films, and the Women's Entertainment channel.

KIRK MILES
Audio and Video Manager
Kirk has worked in GEAR’s camera, audio and com- munications department since March 2000.
In that time he’s assisted features and commercials, short films and music videos, industrial and corporate communications.
He’s ready to work with you in creating the best equipment package to fit your production needs, and is available to work as an on-set video technician.

CHRISTOPHER COGSWELL
Grip and Lighting Technician
Christopher began his career in the theatrical world (Carnie as some would call) where he spent 10 years designing lights, constructing sets, two years at Zachary Scott Theater as their properties master, and many other jobs along those lines. In 2008, he was introduced to the film industry here in Austin. Mid 2010, he joined Gear full time as a Grip and Lighting Technician, working towards a career in the film industry as a grip and electrician. Since he's been here, he's worked on several shoots as a best boy, grip, gaffer, and electrician.
